In this case study, we take a look at the Towson University’s path to creating an institutional culture where faculty feel empowered to re-evaluate their own teaching and approaches to further student success. To get there, the institution recognized it needed to consider new approaches to faculty development. “For real change to take hold, we had to think differently about ourselves.
